How to Use

Our frosted vanilla beans can be used in both sweet and savory creations.

To extract the full flavor:

  • Split the bean lengthwise using a small knife

  • Scrape out the seeds to infuse creams, batters, sauces, or syrups

  • Simmer the whole pod in liquids (milk, cream, rum, etc.) for deeper infusion

  • Dry and reuse the pod in sugar jars or grind it into vanilla powder

Perfect for: crème brûlée, pastries, ice cream, custards, fine sauces, or gourmet drinks.

How to Store

To preserve freshness and prevent drying:

  • Store beans in an airtight glass container or vacuum-sealed pouch

  • Keep in a cool, dark place (never in the fridge)

  • Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, or direct light

  • If beans become dry, gently wrap them in wax paper and seal in an airtight bag for 24–48 hours to restore moisture

Proper storage can preserve their aroma and quality for up to 18 months or more.

Maximize Its Potential

  • Infuse oils, alcohol, or honey for gourmet touches

  • Make your own vanilla sugar by placing the used pods in a jar of sugar

  • Create vanilla extract by soaking split beans in vodka for 6–8 weeks

  • Use the whole pod, not just the seeds, every part holds aroma

  • Pair with flavors like chocolate, citrus, cardamom, or saffron for layered complexity

Each frosted vanilla bean is a gift of nature, treat it as a fine ingredient and it will elevate your creations to a whole new level of luxury.
